The developing countries like India are facing a major challenge of preparing their society for Information and Communication revolution. The best way to tide over this situation is by providing quality education to all. ICT can best be harnessed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of education at all levels. With ICT the people of India, can leap forth to higher levels of social, economic and educational development. ICT greatly facilitate the acquisition and absorption of knowledge.
As a principals Should tri to be reflective and to continuously examine our practice to provide quality teaching and learning for each student and Should keep up with latest trends and research and be an active partner in the College professional development.
I want to hope from the teachers should build classroom mannerful climates where strong and normal student can ask question without hesitation and give new ideas for new technology and students can gain effective learning, whose can increase reputation of RKDF College of Technology and Research.
In RKDF CTR, Community engagement and involvement is very important, and i regularly does to consultant with my community as part of College self-review and encouraging faculty members for participate in the curriculum ideas and curriculum learning programmes.
The institutes have the major strength of good administration and visionaries that inculcate discipline among the professionals.
